Split Map Valorant is one of the community favorites in VALORANT, and it has been in the talks for a while now. Split in VALORANT was introduced with patch 6.0, and like the maps of the game, your location and strategy depend on dominating the gun-blazing battle. To help you become the rising champion in VALORANT, we have written the VALORANT Split Map guide that covers the strategies for dominating gameplay.
How to Play Split in VALORANT
Now let’s jump into playing Split in VALORANT with this simplified guide on one of the most famous maps of the game.
Before discussing Split Map Valorant in detail let us know that the best strategy to dominate the Split Map VALORANT is by achieving the operators or gunslingers in the game. If you don’t have the right operators for the Split Map in VALORANT, you can find a VALORANT Account that contains these characters.
Reactor A Site
The reactor A site in VALORANT can get a bit tricky for attackers since there are plenty of areas to move and hide. Some of the common areas where you might find the defenders hiding include Lobby, A Main Ramp, Rafters, and Screens. For planting the spikes on A, the best approach is to go for the area with the Blue Billboard. It will also allow you to monitor the enemies coming from the A-screens.
If you are playing defensive on the A Site, then it’s better to rush up and cover the area while keeping an eye on the blue billboard side. Cypher is the best choice for covering Site A if you are playing defensive in this section.
Reactor B Site
The B Site in VALORANT can be a tough spot to play in the VALORANT Split Map since there is only one way to reach that point, which is the bottleneck initiated by the Garage. If you are going to attack the B Site, we recommend putting some type of smoke to blind the enemies. Omen is the top choice as only a single smoke would be enough to create enough blindness. In addition, you can also go with the Brimstone and Viper. if you don’t have these characters then you can unlock them with VALORANT top up from U7BUY.
Mid Route
The Mid Route in the Split map Valorant is not a direct point such as Haven. But any side which dominates the mid route of the map earlier has a better chance of winning the round. If you are on the attacking side, covering the mid route means forcing the defensive side to leave cover and move around.
And if you are on the defensive side, do not let the attackers get hold of the mid route in the game. The Mid-vent and the Mid-Main would be the secure spot for defenders to hold the position against the attackers. Breach and Raze are the recommended options for starting off with the growthinsta defensive move. Other than that, Sage can put a wall to stop attackers in the Mid Route.
