Interview with the author Adriana Gavazzoni

Gavazzoni is the Brazilian author of a trilogy named Hidden Motives (Behind The Door #1, Lara´s Journal #2 and The Brilliant Game #3), and the Where The Road Goes Series: Sketches of Life #1 and just released Life Has Other Plans #2.

Qn1 •   What is your favorite memory from reading as a child?

The possibility of escaping the world and living another life inside my mind. I loved to dive in adventures and mysteries.

Qn2• Who was your favorite author and how did they influence you?

One of my favorite authors – it is hard to choose just one – is Emily Brönte – her Wuthering Heights novel has everything, lots of drama and tragedy,  it make me want to be able to write a dramatic story that could bring tears to the reader’s eyes, as hers did to me.

Qn3•  What is writing to you in one sentence?

A way of life. A passion I could give wings.

Qn4•   You’ve lived and traveled among several countries. If you had to add another country to the list and make it your ‘home’, which one would it be and why?

France for sure. I don’t know how to explain, but since the first time I’ve been there I feel like I was back home and it is the same every time I go back, maybe I have a French soul.

Qn5. What new adventures do you look forward to now?

I think the past year was a year of survival for the whole world, I, as the rest of the world, didn’t have much opportunity for adventures, so the fearless things I did were small trips here and there, while the everybody was inside their homes in lockdown, I’ve been to some nice waterfalls and crossed some rivers for that.
I hope to be able to travel more now the pandemic is under control and I’m planning on visiting Russia next year.

Qn6•  Please share with audiences how they can support your work?

For me and for all authors, reviews are very important, so whenever you read one of my novels, please share your sincere opinion about it on Amazon and social media, it helps people to know my work.
My novels are available on Amazon around the world, in english and portuguese (some of them were translated).

Qn 7. Where can our readers find out more about you, do you have a website, or a way to be contacted?
